1. Who we are
IN Digital Studio ("we", "us") is a one-person web development and 3D printing studio based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@indigital.studio.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not collect payment details, account credentials, or any other personal data through this website.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about your project. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than the one you contacted us for.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to an inquiry you initiated is necessary for our business and expected by you. If you later ask us to keep your details for future projects, that processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. What we do not do
This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no third-party scripts that follow you. The only browser storage is a local theme preference (light/dark) that never leaves your device. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
6. Automated protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and basic device signals to determine whether the submission is human. This processing is necessary to protect the form from automated abuse and is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Where your data lives
Contact form submissions are delivered by email to our mailbox, hosted by Zoho (EU data centers, zoho.eu). The website itself is hosted on a dedicated server with Hostinger. Both providers process data only on our instructions and under their own data-processing agreements.
8. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to complete the project and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 24 months) in case you return with follow-up work. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@indigital.studio. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and note the date below. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be communicated to you directly where we have your contact details.
