1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging IN Digital Studio ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, 3D modeling, 3D printing (FDM only: PLA, PETG, TPU), UI/UX implementation, maintenance, and AI training. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement for that project. These terms do not replace that agreement; where they conflict, the project agreement wins.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set in the project agreement. Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment terms are met. We do not publish fixed prices because every project is scoped individually.
4. 3D printing disclaimer
FDM printing is an additive manufacturing process with inherent tolerances. Printed parts may vary slightly from the model in dimension, surface finish, and color. We print in PLA, PETG, and TPU only. We do not offer SLA, SLS, or resin printing. Parts are not guaranteed for structural, medical, or safety-critical applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you: website code, designs, and 3D models. We retain the right to use non-confidential aspects of the work (for example, screenshots or photos of printed parts) in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, stock content) remain under their own licenses.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any content or assets you supply. You confirm you own or have the rights to any material you provide for printing or publishing. Delays caused by missing feedback or assets may shift the timeline accordingly.
7. Revisions
Web projects include a defined revision round as stated in the project agreement. 3D printing jobs include one free reprint if the part fails due to our error; reprints due to design changes or model issues are quoted separately.
8. Liability
We deliver work to the agreed specification and take care to avoid errors, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information. We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. You may not use the site to send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam.
